Yes, the remaster part of the remaster is slight, so I would have rather seen a $30USD price tag than $40 but overall a really nice package. Multiplayer can choke a little on occasion but that seems to be connection dependent not GPU related.

Frame rate has been nice and stable on both portable and TV except the odd dropped frame when a major multi-car pile up happens. Looks great on Switch (especially those legendary wet roads at night) though I would have appreciated some effort to increase font sizes in portable mode. The sense of speed is still there in spades. Once you hit the slick asphalt, lights flashing, gripping onto your Switch for dear life, you won't be counting frames.
